1. 90 day warranty (from date of purchase) on all mechanical components
  2. 1 year warranty (from date of purchase) on all electrical components
  3. During a warranty situation, please contact ProtoSimTech immediately

For all warranty situations, items must be shipped back to ProtoSimTech at customer's expense. If component is tested and found to be working properly, the components will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the component is faulty, ProtoSimTech will replace the component free of charge and ship the component back to the customer at no charge. All components must be packaged safely and securely. ProtoSimTech is not responsible for any damage sustained during the shipment of the faulty item.

Customers must take a photo of the component and email it to warranty@ProtoSimTech.com. These photos will ensure that the component is in the same condition that it was in before it was shipped to us for repair/replacement. *Please allow at least 30 days for repair/replacement of the faulty component.

It will take less than 30 days in most cases.
